That cost point could very easily shift if the Human Disease (I mean that positively) gets to access space resources.

Not in the near term of course, but there may be a point when the majority of humankind lives on portable real estate.

Possibly; but if they're already living residentially on artificial satellites, any motive to leave isn't demographic
