also, it occurs to me that the specific type of anomaly the "computer experts" are looking for won't be found by a recount anyway

also, both Wisconsin and PA have mandatory post-election audits that check for discrepancies, and Mich has a weeks-long canvassing process

Wisconsin is easiest state to request recount. MI and PA have you make a case before initiating recounts.
