a smaller thing is the reluctance of high church protestants to translate Theotokos into English. I think it's a vestigial protestant hyper-caution about hyper-dulia. It doesn't bother me as much though because to call Mary Theotokos is orthodox
God is three persons in one substance. If Mary is the mother of one of the persons of the trinity but not the other two...
