has anyone else experienced or heard of someone having worsened gut problems like intensified food sensitivities as a result of the covid vaccine? the timing is a bit suspicious for me (2nd dose in december, worsening food sensitivities over the next ~5 months)

Ever since my last brush with COVID, I had to be very diligent on my probiotic regimen. Probiotics had to be with every meal.

Haven’t heard about it in relation to vaccines, but I have seen is quite a bit of literature on covid infections lingering in the gut. I also noticed that taking probiotics was a key piece to getting over my long covid symptoms
Can maybe extrapolate to the vax? Idk 🤷♂️
