ok so the least ridiculous hypothesis i have for what’s going on is that they’re understaffed and the staff are basically rotating through each of the check-in counters depending on where the pile-up is biggest. wonder if you could turn this into a very stressful mgmt game

second plane delayed 30m in frankfurt because of a thunderstorm. i forgot that rain even existed after being in lisbon 3.5 weeks 😅
