I agree! brilliant obviously, but given emotional intelligence and kindness I bet QC would be really good in advisor/mentor/teacher type roles

just to be 100% clear, the "but" in that sentence is contrasting the "obviously" point, with a point that may be less obvious. it's not meant to be contrasting being brilliant and mentoring!
(just reread it and it looked kinda weird to me, so i'm clarifying)
