wait actually the more i think about this idea the more i like it. obviously they would be warrior-monks too because how could they not resist adding sparring to the schedule. periodically they invite a master of some weapon to give demonstrations and teach them how to use it

the monastery itself is a gundam. they're all in a rock band together. i could just keep going on and on and on. they just do every single thing i thought was cool when i was 14
