i won't be able to find it but has a post somewhere (fb i think) about how suicidal thoughts can be symbolic of a part of you that wants to stop existing because it recognizes it doesn't serve a purpose anymore, but doesn't know how... something like that anyway?
Mmmh, yes and I was talking about this with and she has a wonderful take (I recommend asking her about it) pointing at the fact that the self construct is very limiting and paining
