Not really a class thing per se, both of these groups would be considered working class usually

unless you say chav is treated more as an underclass or a subset of working class then you’re probably right

It's a class division in the sense that legibly derogatory terms for British people are largely coded to refer only to working class. Middle and Upper classes typically don't have commonly known group identifiers afaik
