kinda hype about this sorta irresponsible experiment i'm running for 10 days + will need maybe a week after to process/confirm and report my findings. today is day 2, so far so good

yea i guess its been long enough? so: I stopped smoking cigarettes in march, basically cold turkey. then in june i decided I wanted to very mindfully smoke one (1) pack of my fav cigs and really reevaluate my relationship with them. smoked 2-3 a day. stopped. havent smoked since
