i arrived at the airport too early to check-in; the airline has a single counter here and it says they don't open until 3 hours before departure their website spits out 2 different errors at me when i try to check in online i guess it's in god's hands now

currently testing out whether i can eat european bread b/c i hear sometimes people with gluten sensitivities in america can tolerate european bread just fine. if this works i'm gonna be pleased but also frustrated

european bread not looking good so far although hard to say if effects are being exacerbated by sleep dep 😬 i'll try this one or two more times after getting some sleep before giving up silver lining: some cute girls in this airport tho

ate some sourdough bread and some crepes today and feeling mostly okay, my eyes got itchy after the crepes but hard to tell what that was about such a relief to even *mostly* be able to handle gluten again

hmm nope gluten is still doing the main bad thing it usually does, there's this underlying thrum of tension in my whole body that is very familiar and i don't like it ugh there *might* be a threshold effect? both yesterday and today it tasted fine up until a specific point
