short walks stopped doing anything for me and i fell into despair a bit but turns out *long* walks still feel great. i’ve been out here maybe 2 hours and feeling better than i have in weeks but it took like an hour to really get started

I've been feeling more up to taking walks again lately but it's been triple digits in Redding
Considering switching around my sleep schedule entirely so that I'm awake at night instead 🤔

hmm i drove 350ish miles round trip and it was nice but not the same at all, for me. maybe for somebody more relaxed about driving 😅
