it turns out that if i feel so anxious that i can’t breathe properly then that makes the entire rest of reality feel worse and also i can’t concentrate on anything. feels like i should’ve figured this out earlier but better late than never

For sure thats my first and best queue that anxiety is coming. Breath stiffens and even stops
