Anyone have this article or other ideas about this? Cuz my memory has been rock-solid my whole life, and I am lately having weird little lapses—and as far as I know, I never had covid (tho there’s a lot of room for error there, sure)

my memories related to social stuff like old friends got noticeably worse over lockdown; felt like that whole social part of my mind atrophied a little from lack of use

Yeah, my current theory is -less in person socializing -less vigorous movement (gyms were closed and I didn’t have heavy weights) -more time on phone/computer -intermittent bouts of heavy stress So I should probablyyyy go make friends at the gym and see what that does
