if things get really bad i guess i’ll bust out the ol’ nasal rinse, haven’t had to use that puppy in 3 years, it’ll be almost nostalgic

I swear by my neti squeeze bottle. 4 packet system - in right->out left, in left->out right, in right->out throat, in left ->out throat. If you don't do the latter two they are the real magic for me.

Also throat coat tea (I think it's the slippery elm) is a godsend when I have a sore throat.
