this is a good example of what i mean when i say psychological projects are political projects: when you've decided that you're allowed to feel good for no reason, you are saying no to every structure of control in the world based on controlling when you're allowed to feel good

@nickcammarata is just RIGHT: feeling good is of UTMOST importance, basically nothing else matters before that, idea that you have to solve your problems to be happy is an OP many serious and real seeming problems AREN'T and will just DISSOLVE as soon as happy

It's annoying, but seems like the way earnest psychology tends to lead to buddhism/esotericism earnest philosophy/introspection leads to politics, so it is what it is I guess
