i'm not joking i'm so tired of figuring out what to eat that won't make me feel like garbage. feels like i keep developing new sensitivities and i literally think i'm starting to feel food insecure, like on any given day i wake up and i don't know how i'm gonna find enough food

i literally would be fine with nutrient sludge forever if it meant i could stop spending so much time and energy on figuring out what to eat but! i am! sensitive! to! soylent! 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃

i have not, have you tried it? it seemed like too much of a pain in the ass
AIP is a life saver for me but my gut stuff is more challenging than most. I recommend the book Healthy Gut Healthy You for some diet and supplement options to read about, including AIP.

I did it for a few weeks and felt great. Was relying on doing it with a group, and when they stopped I didn't have the ability to keep going so that's why I stopped, but I wanted to continue.

If you’re at the level of sensitivities where you feel food insecure, imo you should give it a try (2 weeks?), and see how you feel, whether it is worth the (considerable) PITA to keep going and do slow reintroductions etc.

I think GAPS (different strict elimination diet protocol) is roughly comparable, and suits a different aesthetic/set of constraints
