sometimes people take what i say seriously because they think i'm some kind of smart guy or something so you should all know i just spent the last week trying to actually chew my food on 's suggestion and this was so difficult it took up almost all my energy

i'm not joking i'm so tired of figuring out what to eat that won't make me feel like garbage. feels like i keep developing new sensitivities and i literally think i'm starting to feel food insecure, like on any given day i wake up and i don't know how i'm gonna find enough food

i have stocked up some potatoes in preparation for possibly doing this, main thing is i want to learn more ways of cooking potatoes than i currently have first (currently i either pan fry or bake in oven)

Recently found these, which Iโve been really enjoying and has been way more tolerable than Soylent or any other meal replacement thing Iโve tried. Protein + oats. Some fun flavors!
