sometimes people take what i say seriously because they think i'm some kind of smart guy or something so you should all know i just spent the last week trying to actually chew my food on 's suggestion and this was so difficult it took up almost all my energy

i'm not joking i'm so tired of figuring out what to eat that won't make me feel like garbage. feels like i keep developing new sensitivities and i literally think i'm starting to feel food insecure, like on any given day i wake up and i don't know how i'm gonna find enough food

honestly it sounds a bit like a part is sabotaging you. I was reading in the ifs book that parts can create illnesses and bodily issues on purpose.

This sounds more like MCAS to me, and it's unfortunately super common. But well treatable usually! If it was MCAS, often a normal antihistamine + a H2 receptor blocker like famotidine can help a lot, but if not, there are other options too.
