A sleep test told me I got mild obstructive sleep apnea - lowest oxygen 89%, desaturation index 9.7, hypopnea index 5.8, total apneas 3, hypopneas 40. It's been kinda unclear how much cpap would help; has anybody else had mild results like these where cpap had noticeable benefit?
