crying is like peeing but out your eyes. it only feels bad if you stop before you’re actually finished

We closely associate crying with feel bad but I’ve cried probably a 300 times in the past five five years and as far as I can remember all of them have felt good

It has the biological role of clearing the eyes. Crying does not make you sad, it is an outlet for suppressed sadness. Emotional suppression is detrimental, but why not cry? It's better than antidepressants.
