alright so, it is time. this is going to be a long, winding, rambling thread. i posted yesterday about demons existing and this interesecting with the world of psychedelia. ive posted about this in the past a little and there is always a huge response, people are very into it.

he draws in a lot of interesting ideas, but his "unlike Everyone Else I am a Real Expert and Not Crazy" statements don't cover the gaps in his choreography as he dances from "malicious forces exist & psychedelics can make them more noticeable" to "enlist in the army of God"

my disagreements with his assessment of the existence of demons are mostly quibbles over details, but I need a lot more engagement with the psychology and game theory of these trends from anyone using them to advocate worship of a particular entity

psychedelics contributed to my return to the faith. also helped me realize christianity does not have sufficient protections against worshipping other entities (demons, egregores, greed, whatever) masquerading as Christ
