Tangela, it's the only one that doesnt evolve which might mean it's a lower order creature. Or maybe that means the opposite and it's already on the level of a triple evolved pokemon idk. I'm thinking ethically here

How did I know know, its SO awesome! Tangela was one of my faves as a kid. Along with Gloom. I like the weird ones.
