Hell, yeah. They speak english. Airbnb. Or idealista for longterm rentals

Airbnb works well for short-term Lisbon - we found a brand new two bed flat for a bit less than our rent back in a popular UK city

I’m just finishing up a month stay in Lisbon and most everyone I’ve met is incredibly nice and most speak at least a little English. Finding an Airbnb might be a bit tricky for a multi month stay but there are also some cool looking co-living spaces
