higher numbers means harder to rely on trust w/o significant vetting / filtering. would rather grow slowly with high trust than anything else. even a small number of assholes could fuck things up enormously

If we go higher we are considering splitting ticket allocation- some offered to vc1 attendees, some number of referral tickets granted to them with the explicit understanding that they're responsible for the vibes of the people they bring
And possibly a small amount of lottery
