yea in a way Introspect is a self-help book about self-love that takes quite an elaborate journey to avoid using those two phrases

yeah people who need self-love the most won’t touch anything that have the words self-love in it with a ten foot pole

While 💯 true, I somehow find this argument not convincing when outside looking in. "All about people" can be said about anything, so it's lost any meaning, like "freedom". It's like fitness programs have to sell you six-pack abs but it's all about loving yourself
