finally woke up before sunrise feeling amazing again. all i had to do yesterday was walk in the sun 3x, sunbathe naked, stretch for hours, have a few nice calls, totally avoid seed oils for days, go to the gym, no screens after 10:30pm, magnesium at night, nofap for 7 days. ez

can you share an example of what your emotional journal usually looks like? Obv feel free to whiteout whatever

i actually haven't needed to do it in awhile for sleep specifically. it helps to just write down some quick thoughts about what happened during the day and what the next day will be like but idk if that has a big impact. big impact is emotional processing if something's up
