finally woke up before sunrise feeling amazing again. all i had to do yesterday was walk in the sun 3x, sunbathe naked, stretch for hours, have a few nice calls, totally avoid seed oils for days, go to the gym, no screens after 10:30pm, magnesium at night, nofap for 7 days. ez

like in the last few months i've had a few nights where i literally couldn't sleep because something was bothering me so much so i just had to go to the car and talk it out with myself and possibly scream / cry / etc. until i drained the charge enough to sleep
