finally woke up before sunrise feeling amazing again. all i had to do yesterday was walk in the sun 3x, sunbathe naked, stretch for hours, have a few nice calls, totally avoid seed oils for days, go to the gym, no screens after 10:30pm, magnesium at night, nofap for 7 days. ez

the only thing more annoying than maintaining this stack is not maintaining it. when i don’t maintain it i’m useless and my whole body just feels slightly bad all day. fortunately the components synergize, each one makes the others easier to do
