was in a slump for the last week or so (for a bunch of reasons) but sunbathed naked and walked in the sun several times today and finally in a good mood again 🙂

experimenting with stretches involving putting my arms way up and then behind my back which seems to be doing good things for my shoulders and my chest / ribs. it's kinda fun to walk around like this
