does anybody have any successful experience with the following: 1. chronically getting "outdated" dreams that are no longer relevant (a common one is dreaming that you're in school?) 2. doing something so you don't get those anymore (maybe "updating" your subconscious somehow?)

OH I just remembered. I used to get lots of teeth falling out/damaged dreams and I think I fixed this one on purpose by chatting with my teeth about to what extent they were part of my body map. Teeth successfully negotiated to become more part of the body map.
