just looked up the mealsquares ingredients, they say they’re 99% gluten free, 99% lactose free, and looks like no seed oils, just coconut and olive oil. might buy some for the first time in awhile 🤔

theres Zero Acre Farms as well; i'm not sure i would use their products (not so much out of anti-modernity dogmatism but because there's *still* quite a bit we dont know about what's good in terms of fatty acid profile of food) of but they're def using the "no seed oils" angle

high modernist reengineering of food from Scientific Principles is good at producing calories without acute toxicity but population-wide outcomes do not inspire confidence in their methods nor trust in the results -- though moving away from seed oils likely is unalloyed good

I think the missing piece is some kind of Quantified Self gadget to gamify people who are otherwise generally dissociated from their bodies into explicitly awareness that they are feeling better because not inflamed / sugared / etc

PLEASE start a snack food business. I am legit allergic to all seeds and there are so few snacks without sunflower oil.
