There's at least a 30-item list I could put right here, but I backspaced all that to focus on the ones I'm most interested in at the moment: work like Coherence Therapy, Alexander Technique, Kastrup, McGilchrist, (more) Hillman, narrative, creative energy, art…

What's possible here will also largely depend on how much time I'm able to secure. As with most contemplative techniques, in *image work, time is necessary but not sufficient for big shifts and breakthroughs.

Either way, I'm excited to have more time than I currently do to engage in the sadhana, and I'll be glad to have fewer interruptions and outer responsibilities than usual that would constrain it.

In the Perfect World Holy Shit version of this, a situation would emerge where I'm able to deliver on the Communication aspect, go deep with the Exploration/study aspect, and make space for a Practice Retreat, where that can be my entire focus for a period. We'll see 🤞🏼

And if you're in a position to do more than thank him, please get in contact with him to talk about funding more projects like this. (or about funding this project, actually. We're in the funding stage rn, so if this sounds like something you want to support, dm )
