yesterday it was emergen-C (not a vegetable exactly i know) and today it was chickpeas (definitely a vegetable i will die on this hill); last week it was potatoes (admittedly a harder sell than chickpeas for vegetable status)

Probably, 👀 at the C, B & magnes of those veggies. Low levels of each are implicated in some mental illnesses C especially, a big part of major neurotransmitters. IIRC synthesizes adrenaline and dopamine, dopa->serotonin, and more Hug feel maybe low serotonin being boosted???
