when you eat a vegetable and then feel warm inside like god just gave you a hug does uh. does that mean you had a nutrient deficiency

I have recommended this before I think but: spend a week tracking with cronometer... try to get at least 100% of every vitamin & mineral and fiber, and roughly 1/3 of total calories from each macro (fat/carbs/protein)
you can reliably feel that way!

this sounds like a good idea in theory but such a pain in the ass in practice 😅 what if i just tried eating as many different vegetables and stuff as possible

it is a nontrivial pain in the ass, but for me at least quickly became transparent, like I didn't feel the friction anymore
also you calibrate really fast, like "hmmm I'm probably low on vitamin k and manganese and fiber as usual, gonna have navy beans and kale"
