ok im asking more dumb questions so you dont have to 1. this is probably a signal board is rejecting musks offer right? 2. why are poison pills legal? 3. if $TWTR tanks Monday can shareholders sue the board for rejecting; could they even sue if $TWTR doesnt tank?
