when you eat a vegetable and then feel warm inside like god just gave you a hug does uh. does that mean you had a nutrient deficiency

yesterday it was emergen-C (not a vegetable exactly i know) and today it was chickpeas (definitely a vegetable i will die on this hill); last week it was potatoes (admittedly a harder sell than chickpeas for vegetable status)

it means precisely this. sometimes i’ll get the most aggressive craving for arugula (still unsure what i’m missing? probably folate) and when i eat it my mood stabilizes, but i actually don’t exactly love the taste.

idk if it's just a childhood thing but whenever I have veggies on my plate they're always the first thing I eat
like I'll scarf them down and can honestly put away a lot of them so I prob just dont eat enough veggies
inclined to think it's a sign of deficiency but idk

sometimes! sometimes it's also that the feedback loops are broken / in an abnormal state!

have you considered that maybe god just gave you a hug and it has nothing to do with the vegetable
