rrr i need more potassium but it's hard for me to deal with perishable things atm and i will only take like 1-2 supplements a day *if i remember* which i usually dont anyone know of clever sources (i got dried dates but they freak me out a little bc i cant tell when they go bad)

i drink unflavored pedialyte, at one point it was a necessity for me to keep functioning, and the more i needed potassium the better it tasted so it was self-regulating

are you the reason there was more unflavored pedialyte at vibecamp than i've ever seen in one place in my life
