whoa, really? that’s been an integral part of the sensation for me my whole life. it can be fairly subtle, but it’s so closely associated i can even kind of just do the breathing (which is actually slightly constricted) for a second and provoke the physical arousal/shivering

damn, I just noticed how incredibly pronounced this effect is! maybe it’s bc I’m in a very receptive state right now, but I can reliably induce light waves of arousal by just altering my breathing for 1-2 seconds! normally I’m not great at breath work,maybe this could be a way in

ay nice! carolyn elliott has a quote she likes using in existential kink, "fear is just excitement without breath," and it confused me for a long time but maybe i'm sorta seeing it a bit more now

ooh yeah, I loved that one! seems very applicable and helpful for where you are now, in my experience breath and the grounding ~vibration that comes with it are essential to ~energetic/tantric sex or sexual feelings, which feel connected to ~source
