very weird to go from "what the fuck could i possibly do to fill up all the time in a day (depressed)" to "why the fuck aren't there 6 additional daylight hours every day so i can do everything i wanna do (has never needed to learn time management skills)"

today it's like: do laundry (5m), go to the gym (1h), buy groceries (1h), learn how to cook salmon (1-2h), go to the beach (6h), draw disney princesses (2h), write a substack post (4h), take a call (1.5h but i'm skipping it)... that's 19.5h 😭

I've reached the point where I don't feel deeply depressed, at which point these things would've felt painful Now I'm at the point where they feel meh Like I'm lacking a zest to life Did you go through a "neutral" phase? & anything in particular get you zesty?
