today it's like: do laundry (5m), go to the gym (1h), buy groceries (1h), learn how to cook salmon (1-2h), go to the beach (6h), draw disney princesses (2h), write a substack post (4h), take a call (1.5h but i'm skipping it)... that's 19.5h 😭

laundry i’m only counting the time it takes to put clothes in the machine etc.
stronglifts 5x5 (squat, deadlift, barbell row, bench press, overhead press)
ariel and jasmine i’m thinking atm
wait qc u can totally do salmon in like <10 min of actual time spent on thing if you are baking it.
>get salmon
>place in baking pan
>coat in salt/pepper/spices you like/olive oil
>bake ~20 min
>consume
