was feeling weirdly tired and sad and wanting to scroll on twitter forever and then i remembered i ate a bag of chips (cooked in seed oils) today as an experiment
motherfucker welp that’s my experimental result

I’ve narrowed down to like four meals. I didn’t want to believe in the diet-everything-else connection but became too obvious as I got more sensitive to things

You should release your four-meal diet repertoire

most common are {short ribs kbbq, rib eye steak, egg tomato over rice} dinner, cappuccino for breakfast, prosciutto and grapes for snack

That's suspiciously close to my 4 default meals 😅

Oops I wasn't very clear in what I mean by suspicious. I mean that I independently found that garlic/onions are somewhat irritating and scallions are a good compromise, red meats are also less irritating, grapes are tolerable, and who can say no to a good cappucino

i had to cut out garlic and onions too and it was insanely frustrating but seems to be worth it. i am also personally negative on caffeine but it hurts my back so maybe affects me worse than others idk

My wild hypothesis is that I've learned to be so attuned with my body that it kinda went overboard and became too sensitive instead
(I'm a little bit more tolerant now after going on a limited diet for a while, hope it works out for you too!)

i think it's kinda like having overactive allergies and also kinda like being traumatized and having triggers in response to a lot of different stuff - which is to say i think the system can sort of learn how to generally relax about everything over time
