was feeling weirdly tired and sad and wanting to scroll on twitter forever and then i remembered i ate a bag of chips (cooked in seed oils) today as an experiment motherfucker welp that’s my experimental result

I’ve narrowed down to like four meals. I didn’t want to believe in the diet-everything-else connection but became too obvious as I got more sensitive to things

it’s incredibly inconvenient for going out with friends and stuff but i feel so much better now. i only really have 2 meals, hoping to expand my repertoire soon 😅

it takes like 30 min after eating it before I die so sometimes I just do it if it's a dinner I'm looking forward to. Worth the fun of socializing with them and don't really mention it I'll head out and prepare for my temporary death on the couch for a while

in general my sensitivity has gone up but suffering from painful things has gone down, so I'm weirdly a bit more okay with causing pain. Can't do anything during that point or choose to get rid of the pain, but the pain also isn't that "bad"
