sunflower oil has a ridiculously strong (negative) effect, not subtle at all. these chips were canola and sunflower i think. no idea how much sensitivity varies person to person

idk, i cut out all restaurant and store fried food (canola and sunflower / safflower oil everywhere) and limited myself to basically home-cooked food (in avocado oil, olive or coconut should also be fine) plus poke bowls. it was annoying to do but so worth it i kept going

twice i accidentally ate food cooked in sunflower oil and had to leave the gym because i felt so heavy and tired i couldn’t lift anything. whereas on home-cooked food i feel noticeably stronger. ymmv, idk how much the other stuff i’m doing (sunlight, magnesium, nofap) contributes
idk, i’m personally avoiding it after tasting it in nutella and not liking the taste 😅 do you have a take on palm oil?
