I’ve narrowed down to like four meals. I didn’t want to believe in the diet-everything-else connection but became too obvious as I got more sensitive to things

anecdotally i think 3 of my friends at least have tried it and all found it clearly valuable. several dudes in my men’s group are really gung ho about it too

Do you ingest much omega-3 fatty acids (either from whole foods or fish-oil supplements)? I've heard that humans evolved for a certain balance between omega-6 and omega-3 but the modern American diet is really screwed up with way too much omega-6 and not enough omega-3.
