sometimes i talk to myself, sometimes i sing, sometimes i go look at the ducks, sometimes i soak up sunlight. many solid options. if i've been having trouble deciding what to do it usually becomes clearer somehow

preach dude, that's been my go to technique for years now. i'll let my mind wander off. i'll make time to actually just have the thoughts i keep pushing way. i'll just breathe and feel my feet on the ground.

Yes, this works for me too. Touching a tree or a flower, watching the trees move from the wind, staring at the sky…it helps. ☺️
