every time i’m frustrated or conflicted about anything at all now i go for a walk and it improves things one way or another

sometimes i talk to myself, sometimes i sing, sometimes i go look at the ducks, sometimes i soak up sunlight. many solid options. if i've been having trouble deciding what to do it usually becomes clearer somehow

Yes! For me walking and climbing are the two most reliable sources of resolving low mood/frustration etc.
