lately it’s been either a cold shower or going for a walk and talking to myself; getting off screens in any case. the combo is quite reliable at this point

everyone is responding with "i take a walk" when tired and i just don't see it -- i love walking when i feel emotionally unsettled, but i guess this is different... usually if i'm tired, or sick, the last thing i wanna do is walk. (also it's like 30 degrees out)

half the time i find that i wasn’t really tired which is part of why i like making that check. in that case nap?

idk 4pm ish? i also sleep early and i also also don’t really nap b/c sleep apnea makes it really annoying. i do like just lying down and not doing anything for awhile tho
