most visually interesting thing happening rn is the tides. one layer less insulated from the pacific ocean than usual. i think technically this is elliott bay but morally this is puget sound? maybe?

agh so i actually did end up waiting for sunset but it was disappointing, i wanted the sun to set on top of this mountain but it didn’t work out. plus side: met a… heron? stork?

Seattle proper or west Seattle? The waterfront walk from downtown to Olympic park to the grain elevator was my usual walk/run when I lived there. Spectacular sunsets during fire season. Normal sunsets okay to, but not as spectacular.

And yes, Olympics. The Twilight moves are set in a town there, though mostly not filmed there.
