PSA: if you feel dehydrated but water is not appealing / tastes weird / is unsatisfying, try electrolytes easiest tests are either adding salt to water or drinking gatorade for potassium i like unflavored pedialyte; tastes better the more potassium you need (ime)

also a strange feeling i've felt is "I feel kinda dehydrated but I do not want to drink any water" i'm also thinking I shd start increasing my caloric intake upon waking, like whether it's food or a protein shake or something, bc usually a morning cigarette suppresses appetite

then of course there's big maggy. probably other stuff is important too but sodium, potassium, and magnesium have the most obvious effects that i know of
